We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

First floor apartment with living room equipped with table and chairs, queen size sofa bed (suitable for 2 children) and access to a splendid terrace with sea view.
On the left we find a well-equipped kitchen, again with table and chairs, as well as another terrace with drying rack and table. Double bedroom with 2 chest of drawers with 4 drawers and second double bedroom with large wardrobe.
Main bathroom with shower curtain and small bathroom with washing machine.

Important Notes:
- rental for up to 5 adults or 4 adults + 2 children under 12 years old
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in in our agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 250.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
