The porter for the suitcases can be used only once at check-in and only once at check-out, for further needs the service will be subject to a fee.

Extra paid services:
-Extra kitchen cleaning: €100
-Use of the laundry upon request;
-Extra transfer service on request from the port to the villa in Tender;
-Private Boat Transfer on request starting from € 150 with 48 hours notice;
-Change of linen and towels €150 (on request);
-The change of linen is once a week;
-The sauna can only be used between 8:00 and 20:00.

CITY TAX: 2,00 € per person per night to pay at check-in.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A damage deposit of 1000,00 € is required on arrival. The deposit will be refunded at check-out after an inspection of the property.
