The following shops are also within walking distance: newsstand, tobacconist, grocery shop. For an ATM or a pharmacy, you just have to go to Porto Cesareo (2-3 minutes by car). The latter is one of the most famous seaside resorts in Salento, not only for its white sand beaches but also for its excellent fish restaurants. Continuing about twenty minutes towards the south, you will reach Gallipoli, its pretty fishing port, its castle and its charming old town. Lecce, the Baroque capital of the Heel, is 30 km away. We suggest a walk in the historic center where you will admire its narrow streets, churches and other monuments.
