This modern and well-kept 4-bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within a short walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre so ideal for those not wishing to hire a car.

Inside, the villa is modern and comfortable with an open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a separate W/C. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed with en-suite shower room and there are 2 further twin bedrooms on this level which share the large family bathroom with bath tub and overhead shower.

Outside the sunny enclosed garden and pool area provide the perfect setting for sunbathing and relaxing with the shaded pergola ideal for alfresco dining.
