About this property

Finished on April 2022 is one of our latest creations. Build and decorated thoughtfully with detail like it was going to be our home. A 70 sqm apartment with 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 verandas with wonderful views and a large sitting room with modern kitchen. Reliable wifi, free netflix and a/c to all rooms. Located in a quiet neighborhood far away from the crowded center but in walking range of that. In less than 600m you will find supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies and everything you need.
Designed and equiped from people experienced in hosting for many years, it has everything you need to have relaxing holidays. So we took care for you to find all the necessary electric supplies, smart TV with satelite access on hotbird, fully airconditioned, with reliable wifi provided free of charge.
In the spacious sitting room the couch can easily tranform to a big double bed (150 cm wide) without bothering the room's space. So it can host from 4 up to 6 guests with the use of the couch.

We had a great stay everything we needed was in the apartment and our hosts were wonderful with detailed check in information and anything we wanted was just a phone call/email away. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. We hired a car and this was the only apartment on our whole trip that we could find parking right outside. Very nice.

Ottimo soggiorno

Il nostro soggiorno è stato ottimo. L’appartamento si trova in perfetta posizione, circa a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro. Oltre ad essere del tutto nuovo, con arredamenti e tecnologie all’avanguardia, l’host è disponibile per qualsiasi cosa ed in qualsiasi momento. Vivamente consigliato!

First of all in a peaceful neighborhood far away from the crowded center with great views of the beautiful place we are lucky to live in. Parking always available and easy access to ring road for your tour escapes is a great thing.
Apartments designed furnished and taking care like being our own homes. Living in them you feel the warmth of your own home.
Furniture and supplies of our apartment are carefully and thoughtfully chosen to be operative and helpful.
Additionally we are always discreet but taking care you will have wonderful and relaxing holidays. We are always available to answer anything that you want to ask and take care of thing you might lose time of your holidays with.
