Beautiful villa in great location
Don’t be put off by the lack of reviews on VRBO as it is listed on other booking platforms as “Villa Maria” and has many review, all positive. We stayed for three weeks, (four adults), and only have good things to say about this beautiful villa with pool, which has a spacious garden and is in a very good location.
The villa is in a gated community and very close to the start of the Avenida Los Cocederos which is the pedestrian walkway that runs along the coast, into Costa Teguise and beyond. A number of good restaurants are approx 20 minutes walk and another seven or eight minutes takes you into the town itself.
The villa is modern, light, and well maintained. All facilities and kitchen equipment including a dishwasher. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet and very effective although we didn’t used it much.
I think it needs more pillows as one per person is not enough and so we bought some extra. Also, it would benefit for an additional sofa as the one three seater was not enough for the four of us.
The villa was cleaned weekly and the owner was very supportive and communicative throughout. We would definitely book again in the near future.
