Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire villa, the swimming pool, and the surrounding land. A covered parking area is available on-site.

The property is located approximately 10 km from the village of Istia d’Ombrone, where guests will find shops, a restaurant, and a pharmacy. The city of Grosseto, the capital of the Maremma region, is also about 10 km away. The villa is ideally positioned for exploring the area’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.

These include the Uccellina Natural Park at 20 km, the beach of Marina di Alberese at 25 km, Terme di Saturnia and the WWF Natural Oasis of Orbetello at 40 km, and Siena at 79 km.
