This new house near the heart of Surf City sets a new standard for experiencing rentals on Topsail Island. We have stocked this house with all the things you will need for your stay. Linens, towels, beach supplies, kitchen wares all Included!

Enjoy ocean views with all the comforts of home. Features: 2 King Masters, 2 Living Rooms, and 2 Family Bedrooms. The home is just steps from the beach! There is a public beach access just at the end of the street.

We suggest trying a Sunday to Sunday stay, during the Summer months..

An open and inviting main living area on the upper floor is beautifully furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, cooking utensils and everyday appliances. The lower living room with entertainment is a great hang out for kids. Savor your morning coffee as you experience the ocean breeze from either of the two full-front decks. They are the perfect setting to appreciate the tranquil sights and sounds. Late in the day, enjoy the captivating view of the sunset from the elevated rear deck. The 4 bedrooms have blackout curtains for a great night's sleep. The home is on a quiet dead end street. This is a great home for families with children or small groups.

Just as described!

We really enjoyed staying here! The location couldnt have been any better. The TWO outside showers and spickets were a bonus for everyone to not have to wait for only one. There were a TON of beach things include chairs, boogyboards, and beach towels! Everything you need is here! They even gave us a beach bucket with goodies upon arrival. The is exactly as advertised. The kids beds were alittle on the hard size and bunk beds wobbled alot so i would suggest tightening especially for the 3 bed bunk. I would for sure stay here again. Public beach access is super closs too, the map doesnt do justice for how close it really was. There was PLENTY of parking on the property. The neighbors were all super nice and the neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Thanks for a great stay!

2nd visit even better than first

This beach house has everything you need for a great beach trip! It is close to the beach yet on a quiet street. It is also close enough to town to walk for coffee. There was plenty of room for our family to sleep comfortably and prepare meals. The house is very clean and well furnished, even with toys for the youngest. We look forward to returning next year.

My friends and I decided to go on a beach trip for the weekend and this property was the perfect place for us to get away and relax. The house was beautiful and very clean. My favorite part was having the beach right in front of us. Only a 2 min walk! I couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot! We will definitely be returning.

4th of July in Surf City

Katy was quick with communication from the very beginning and the description of the home was 100% accurate. The house itself was awesome. It has a new and modern feeling with great views from the porch. The kitchen has all the supplies you’ll need and there’s a bunch of games and puzzles to pick from and play at the big kitchen table. As stated in the description, the linens are all provided and plenty of towels are available. The sleeping arrangements were perfect for our families! The beach is a short short walk from the house and Katy provides everything you’ll need (plenty of nice chairs, umbrellas, bodyboards, shovels and buckets). We’re always nervous about how “swimable” the beach will be in a new area, but this beach was great for our teenage kids. It’s calm on the shoreline, or you can swim out to the sandbar with a bodyboard and catch some waves. The house, the quiet neighborhood, the beach, and the nice little downtown area a mile up the road made this trip a success. I highly recommend booking with Katy to anyone considering a trip to Surf City!

Picture Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful home! Great location, spacious, and well-appointed! My husband and our three grown children enjoyed every moment of our stay! It had everything we needed! We made the most of our trip by taking early morning walks on the beach to The Daily Grind for coffee, finding the perfect spot for sunning on the uncrowned beach, cooking up a storm in the kitchen, and spending quiet evenings on the balconies or playing games at the large dining table. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I fell in love with the quiet Topsail Beach of Surf City. We designed and built this house to be a spacious family space that we could share with others.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to build a space with all the comforts and amenities that we desire in a vacation home. With two master suites and 9 ft ceilings It is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Because we have two young children, having a separate living room suitable for kids was a must have for us. While the house was being built we acquired and built many of the furnishings, purposefully customizing them for our home.
