The apartment has a great location, tucked away in a quiet, leafy residential area but within walking distance of the 'villages' of Stirchley & Bournville and with great public transport access to Birmingham City Centre via bus or train.

What makes this property unique

The unique aspect of this apartment is that it has it's own private outdoor space which overlooks the Birmingham & Worcester Canal. There is a covered seating area where you can escape the hustle and bustle and relax, watching the occasional canal barge pass by.
