Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built small building, has a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, small laundry and terrace. The apartment does not have a parking space but you can take advantage of a large free parking in front of the house.

- minimum age to check-in is 21 years old (for group of guys)
- the rental must be for a maximum of 5 adults; or 4 adults and 2 children under 12 years old
- check-in in our agency from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 350.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
