The villa is situated in the peaceful countryside with fabulous views of the Puig de Maria and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains yet ideally placed between Pollenca and Port de Pollenca, giving you easy access to both resorts within a 10 minutes drive. Inside this one-storey property the accommodation comprises of three air-conditioned bedrooms (one double/two twins), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a good sized living/dining room with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. There is a second bathroom (shower, w/c) in the annexe outside and a utility area. The swimming pool is edged with a lawn and surrounded by hedgerows giving you privacy for lazy days relaxing under the Mallorcan sun. A furnished terrace provides a nice shady area for the hottest parts of the day and is perfect for al fresco dining and grilled meals cooked on the barbecue. Casa Can Fiol is ideal for families seeking a countryside retreat with easy access to shops, restaurants, beaches and activities.
