Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Back garden with sitting-out area, garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. . Little Cloverfield is surrounded by rolling fields, woodland and is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the North Downs. The friendly villages of Etchinghill and Lyminge are within a 15-minute walk and offer a locally renowned village pub and restaurant. With excellent bus and driving routes taking you to the coast, and excellent walks from the doorstep there is plenty of opportunity to go and explore. The quaint village of Hythe is just a 10-minute drive away, and creative Folkestone just 5 minutes’ further. The historic city and cobbled streets of Canterbury are also only a 25-minute drive away and a place where you will be glad you visited.
Set in the grounds of the friendly owners home, Little Cloverland is fully self contained with a private parking space and enclosed garden. A truly tranquil setting, with far-reaching views over the countryside beyond, enjoyed from both inside and outside. With a contemporary, fully equipped kitchen, with dining table placed for taking in the view, and modern bathroom with large shower, leading through to the spacious living room with opulent electric fire place and a double sofa for an additioanl two guests. The master bedroom has a dressing table, a double bed with luxurious padded headboard, providing a relaxing space to rest your head after a day of exploring. Outside, the private, enclosed lawn garden, enjoys unspoilt views over rolling fields and woodland, with outdoor dining area and barbecue for making the most of the country air. Beach 4½ miles.
