There is a double bedroom with TV along with a bathroom with walk-in shower. Outside there is an enclosed rear patio with garden furniture, barbeque, woodburning stove and off-road parking for one car and additional visitor. Onsite there is a picnic area and full-size tennis court, free to use on a first-come-first-serve basis. Within 3.5 miles you will find a shop and 2.4 miles a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome and sorry no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. number 17 Bell Cottage is the perfect location of a Cornish retreat. Note: Children are not accepted in this property unless babe-in-arms. Note: Washing machine is contained outside. Note: Hot and cold water outside for dog washing
