Welcome!
Looking for a place to call home in Lisbon? Look no further! My 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for couples, small groups of friends, and families with young children alike. It's located in the historical neighbourhood of Campo Ourique -- famous for its linear, grid-like roads and Art Noveau architecture -- and is situated in a well preserved historical building; the perfect place to experience Lisbon like a local. Plus, is near major landmarks like Santo Condestável and the Amoreira 360º, which showcase some of the finest beauty Lisbon can offer.
The apartment is full-furnished and has been newly refurbished to have all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay, while maintaining the original layout and aesthetic of the unit -- mainly the windows which are unique to buildings of its era. These include conveniences such as a kitchen which has all the essentials needed to cook home-style meals with ease. A lounge area with flat-screen TV and sofa which can be converted into a bed for a single person. A bathroom with a walk-in shower that has a waterfall head, and fresh towels and toiletries for your own personal usage.
The two bedrooms come with a queen-size bed and a single bed (that's more suited for children). Both bedrooms come with storage to keep your personal possessions tidily, and hotel-quality linens are provided to ensure a good night's rest.
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.
Guests will have access to the entire home!

The least touristy neighbourhood in central Lisbon is the last stop of trams 25 and 28. Its grid of streets was laid out in 1879, and today it’s mostly a suburban-like middle-class district that also has a growing number of foreign residents, particularly French. There are a few attractive late-19th-century buildings (many with interesting Art Nouveau features), but most are much more recent, from the last half of the 20th century. The main attraction is the covered market, which opened in 1934 to sell fresh fish and produce, but since 2013 it’s also been a major dining destination, thanks to a number of food stalls.
Nearby is Casa Fernando Pessoa, the house where poet Fernando Pessoa lived for the last 15 years of his life, which has been turned into a museum and cultural centre. The main highlight for tourists, however, is actually the cemetery, which has the peculiar name of Prazeres (“Pleasures”).
The neighbourhood’s main street is the tree-lined Rua Ferreira Borges, which leads to the modern towers of Amoreiras, built-in 1985 to house luxury apartments, offices, and Lisbon’s first major shopping mall. At the top of one of the towers is Amoreiras 360º, an observation deck offering a view of almost the entire city. A short walk away is the city’s monumental aqueduct.
There are a number of bus stops just five minutes away from the apartment on Rua Almeida e Sousa. Alternatively, the tram station R. Saraiva Carvalho which is connected to 28 and 25.
Ride-hailing services like Bolt and Uber are available to download and use in Lisbon.
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property.
Please note that late check-ins with a greeter after 22:00 have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)
