"White Blue" accommodation is located at Krotiri, in a quiet neighborhood with houses and corresponding accommodations around. It is very close to Marcello beach and 4km from the center of Parikia, the capital of Paros.

Ideal for your relaxing holidays the maisonette offers unique view at the bay of Parikia and the magnificent sunset. Just a few meters from our wonderful pool with free sun beds for all our guests!

The house "Santa Maria" is about 100 square meters with three levels and is part of a complex of 3 maisonettes and 3 apartments, named "White Blue".
Entering you will find the spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and one of the two bathrooms of the house. On the mezzanine floor is the master bedroom with the double bed. At the lower level you will find the second bedroom with two single beds and the second bathroom with the washing machine. Only from the living room level, you can go out to the balcony with the relaxing view, while the pool is approached easily just a few meters close.

Distance from Parikia 4 km. Please note that you will need to rent a means of transport and according to our suggestion preferably a car.

YOUR STAY
During your stay, we ask that you comply with the following accommodation rules:
• External Visitors: It is not permitted to have external visitors in the accommodation and overnight visitors are not allowed. Accommodation is private, only for its guests.
• Noise: All guests are asked to respect the other guests and nearby residents.
• Animals & Pets: Sorry, pets are not allowed.
• Smoking: Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the houses and apartments. Smoking is permitted only at outdoor areas.
• Pool Hours: You can use the pool between 8:30 – 15:00 and 17:00 – 22:00, for self cleaning and respect of the siesta time of Greek law), And for safety reasons, the use of any inflatables, balls, full face masks and snorkels in the pool, are not allowed.
• Basketball Hours: You can play basketball 10:00 – 14:00 and 18:00 – 20:00
• Security: Specific outdoor area zones are protected by surveillance cameras for security reasons. Ensuring compliance with the obligations of regulation (EU) 2016/679. (GDPR)

The area is not suitable for children under 4 years old.

• Check in: 14:00 – 18:00. Check out: 9:00 - 10:00 - Late check out (Subject to availability)
• Security: In the interests of security, we will ask you to confirm your identity by providing your passport or ID upon check-in.
