Cap Ferret calm , amazing decoration sport,beach

Epictesa property is very close to the beach. You can also walk to the Ocean beach if you want a wilder beach for surfing. The house is very well decorated, cosy, warm. We were two couples with 4 children Very comfortable beds and sofas. All rooms have access to the garden of about 1000 m2 through large windows. The kitchen is spacious and has all the utensils for cooking and eating, the owner provided us with a barbecue to cook and eat in the garden in wonderful weather. Ideal place to forget the car and enjoy the nature with bicycles. We will repeat with Epictesa this summer, they are very kind and it has been a wonderful holiday. Thank you very much Epictesa

Logement idéal si ce n’est l’humidité généralisée

Maison divisée en deux, les propriétaires occupant l’étage, ce qui n’était pas précisé dans l’annonce. Aucun dérangement néanmoins. Le voisinage est calme. La maison est grande et dispose d’un nombre de couchages important (10). Le logement semble avoir été rénové récemment mais il est mal entretenu. Énorme problème d’humidité (aucune aération ou ventilation des pièces), gênant en particulier le sommeil. Pour preuve les parquets sont déformés , les sols en jonc de mer décollés, des traces d’infiltrations sur les murs. Des travaux sont à prévoir pour remédier à cette insalubrité manifeste. Literie ancienne à changer. La cuisine manque cruellement d’équipements (cafetière italienne inutilisable notamment) et de vaisselle (plats, etc.). Certaines portes-fenêtres ne ferment pas. Mis à part ça, le logement est subtilement décoré et l’emplacement est idéal. Le prix de la location apparaît toutefois trop élevé compte tenu des désagréments liés à l’humidité. Les travaux de rénovation réalisés, le logement sera idéal!
