Shops and restaurants almost on the door step. The apartment comes fully equipped with King Size bed, Smart TV and all the essentials you'll need for your stay. Free, allocated parking on site. The perfect base whether you are travelling for business or leisure.

The living area is bright and airy with a comfy sofa, 43 inch 4k smart TV which includes Netflix. There is also book swap self and a few games (not to be taken).

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, pots, pans and cooking utensils. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits provided.

Bedroom has a comfy king size bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside tables. As of the 4th August 2022 there will be a TV mounted on the wall as well.

Please note the third person is to sleep on the sofa (not a sofa bed). Bedding is provided.

There is a full bathroom with bath and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bubble bath provided.
