Conveniently located for a number of local attractions and perfect for families, Roslyn boasts a well-appointed kitchen, three lovingly decorated bedrooms and a generous living/dining area with rustic panelling, large reclining sofa and French doors leading out to the rear garden area with it's decking and planted boarders. The pet-friendly bungalow is around 10 minutes' walk from the heart of Saunderfoot's village where you'll find a popular Blue Flag beach (dog restrictions from May-Sept on southern half), as well as a wonderful selection of shops and eateries. A walk along the coast to the Coppet Hall beach (dog restrictions from May-Sept on northern half) and a spot of lunch at Wiseman's Bridge Inn is recommended. A 10-minute drive in the other direction will land you in Tenby, one of Wales' most iconic harbour towns. Folly Farm Adventure Park & Zoo and Heatherton World of Activities are also a short drive from the bungalow and provide a great day out for all the family.

Rooms: Ground floor: Kitchen, living/dining area, family bathroom, twin bedroom and 2 king bedrooms (1 with en suite shower room). 
Kitchen and utilities: Double oven, 4-ring hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. 
Entertainment: Smart TV in living area and TVs in the twin and 1 king room. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate not provided. 
Outside:  Enclosed lawned garden with the rear with decking area and planted borders. 
General: Central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and 3 hairdryers provided. 
Pets: 2 dogs welcome. Additional charges apply. Please bring your own dog bed. Dogs not allowed on sofa or beds.
No smoking  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 2 cars.
