About this property

Beatyfull house with capacity for 6 people located in the quiet and well-kept Jardines de Nerja urbanization in the popular area of Capistrano. The urbanization has a beautiful pool area with plenty of space and a children's area.

The ground floor offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning and television with access to more than 100 international TV channels. There is also a small toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

From the living room there is access to the terrace and garden with barbecue. Also direct access to the community pool.

The house has a private roof terrace with sun from morning to afternoon and a shower to cool off after sunbathing, with views of the garden, the communal pool and the sea.

It has a separate apartment in the basement with an air-conditioned bedroom, a living room and a bathroom with a shower. Access is independent from the main house.

Superb!

Beautiful home in a lovely urbanisation. Sandra from Casasol was so attentive and super friendly. Little details such as water in the fridge, sugar and salt sachets and toilet rolls etc were a nice touch. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will use again in the future. Always room for improvement but on this occasion everything was perfect.
