Location and yard are great

Over all it was fine, backyard with the pool was awesome! Communication was great. Suggestion for owners, put slip proof tape in the bathtubs my daughter slipped and fell in the bathtub. Could have been bad. Toilet runs constantly every couple minutes in guest bath. Could use more dishes and utensils. Garage door opener would be great. It worked for us, but for the price I’m not sure I would stay there again. Pool was best feature.

Horrible house

Stay clear of this house. This home was listed as a 5 bedroom house that sleeps 10 ( the listing was changed after another review that revealed this lye) when in reality it is 3 bedrooms with one king bed,1 double bed, a crib that is ready to collapse, 2 horrible futons and 2 hideabeds. There was no additional linens or blankets for the futons or hideabeds making them useless. 9 bath towels for 10 people in a home with a pool and no access to laundry. There are no hand towels anywhere, no towel bars or toilet paper holders in either bathroom.In the kitchen the faucet is ready to fall off the countertop. There was only 1 small saucepan, one medium frying pan and one large pot. If you are going to cook for your family it’s not going to happen here. There were plates but only 3 glasses. The pool needed vacuuming which we tried but that really didn’t work. The Deck is Not child safe. There are loose and buckling deck boards and screws sticking up everywhere. Some of the loose screws are sticking up 1/2 inch or more. Deck rails are not to code and will allow children to fall through the railings. There were not cleaning supplies or even a broom to clean the floors. 4 out of 10 guests only stayed 1 night. Stay away from this house. This house makes VRBO look really bad.

Stay Away from this place. This property was uncomfortable, unsafe & lacking basic amenities. Not as described in the ad at all. Was advertised as a 6 bedroom that slept 10. It was actually a 3 bedroom with exactly 2 beds. Beyond that, the heat stopped working & no one ever fixed it. In November-the house was freezing cold. There are no decent blankets or linens or comforters, just the thinnest, cheapest bedspreads. Cheapest dollar store pillows. There are no towel bars in bathrooms, no hooks to hang anything, no toilet paper holders. There were only 3 towels provided. There is no coffee maker, no charcoal or propane for grill, no propane for outdoor heaters. Electric system is unsafe and circuits kept tripping over nothing, lights would randomly flicker. There were only a few glasses, plates & utensils. Sofa bed was awful. There are no lamps or side tables anywhere in the house. It feels like the owners bought a house in very bad shape, spent just enough money on Wayfair for it to photograph somewhat decently, then started renting this out. I would never in a million years stay here again, it was bad & totally misrepresented to us.
