On paper apartment looks very nice and indeed it is mint condition compared to the old building where it stands. However: shower rooms are deplorable as it gets always flooded when used ( no proper insulation ), doors are sliding style and they don´t slide nor close properly so privacy is not ensured. My small doggie even opener the door with its paw !!And no open channels where available during our stay so if you want to watch local TV you´d better go somewhere else
