About this property

The house has a bathroom, toilet, kitchen, television, air conditioning, kitchenware. It is very close to entertainment venues. It is very close to alternative sea shores and coastal enterprises. It is by the sea. Mountain and plateau travel is 20-30 minutes away. There is a functioning aqua park 16 km away. Even if the house is in the non-smoking class, no one will stop you if you smoke. We will be glad if you ventilate it and prevent odor penetration. You can come with your pet.

It is a very peaceful site. Years ago (1982) it is the first summer cooperative site of the region, which was established by the families of civil servants, lawyers and mainly teachers. Although the original founding group has now disintegrated, the site has a principle of peace and tranquility left over from those years. It is ideal for staying at home and writing a novel, as well as a place where chatting, sea and pleasant moments can be easily reached in beach businesses that are very close (some of them are within walking distance from the beach).
