Absolutely brilliant
We booked this villa due to it's location - having stayed in the Faro Park & Alisios estate many times previously. It's quiet, but if you hire a car, it's convenient for everything. VRBO were VERY accommodating. Check in is 4pm, but we landed in resort at 11am and they told us - before we asked - that the villa was ready for us. This was great, given than we were then able to enter, drop our bags, shop, unpack and unwind all before the scheduled check in time. It saved a day of our holiday and we were very grateful indeed. On the first day, we had an issue with the flush of one of the loos. We reported it and an engineer came within 2 hours, sorted it. You can't expect a better service. The villa is very well appointed. The knives are sharp, the scissors actually do cut things, the shower is powerful, the glassware is fine and modern and there is everything you need. They even left us a welcome pack with a couple of small beers, water and some shower gel. It's spacious, it's comfortable and it's nicely furnished. The TV is a smart TV giving access to all your fav channels. The wi-fi is strong and secure. We have stayed in villas much more expensive than this on the same estate and yet they offered no better than this. We have stayed in villas cheaper than this here and wouldn't go back. We would have no hesitation in booking this one again. We absolutely loved the tranquil comfort and relaxation here. Just one very minor thing there is no safe. We loved it all.
