The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building with a lift.
The space, very bright, consists of a large entrance hall, kitchen with gas stove, balcony, dining table, Lavazza coffee machine and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe for storing your personal belongings.

How to collect keys:

Key collection does not take place at the flat but we use the Key Nest service.

How does it work?

-After the booking is confirmed, you will receive a message chat containing a link to access the registration process. Follow the steps indicated and enter the details of all guests staying (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information on alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato.

-Once the registration is complete, you will receive a link with the code needed to pick up the keys in the chat.

You will be able to leave the flat by 11:00 am.
The keys must be returned to the same KeyNest point by 11:30am.
Failure to return the key by 11:30 am will result in a late check out fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
Please consider the opening hours and plan your stay accordingly.
