About this property

Warren House & Spa is a boutique country stay. We offer boutique spa stays for up to 11 people and we can host yoga weekends, photoshoots and dining experiences. We can connect you to all sorts of activities the English countryside has to offer drawing on quality connections that we have built over the years from chefs to massage and wild swims.
The gardens are luxurious and spacious with a hot tub.sauna and cold plunge. There are countryside views over the Cotswolds from every single window.

The ground floor of the house has a large open-plan kitchen dining area, formal dining/meeting room, lounge, boot room/utility, WC, The Snug and The Orchard room (single bedroom).

The outdoor space houses Warren House Spa which has been finished to and extremely high spec. It consists of a wood fired Hot Tub, Barrel Sauna, Ice Plunge and an outdoor hot and cold shower.

The Field - Providing there is no live stock on the field please feel free to walk on there or have a picnic.

A fantastic property

We were a family of 6 from Australia catching up with best friends and family from New Zealand. THE PROPERTY WAS FANTASTIC. THE SEVICE EXCELLENT and we managed to host a Christmas lunch fo 16 with no problems. Thanks to Sara the lovely owner and Annabelle the fantastic manager. Could not have been more happy.

Fabulous House and Location

The property was clean, well-equipped and in a lovely location. The host was brilliant with communication and incredibly helpful. We had a great time and made use of the sauna and hot tub, plus we were able to book some fantastic massages. There is plenty of living space and four decent, comfortable bedrooms but the fifth double bedroom is a sofa bed in a room with glass doors in one of these bedrooms (only really suitable for children or for a friends/non-couples holiday). It was then also disappointing (considering we booked 10 adults, 2 children) that the sixth bedroom was a small loft space up a very steep set of steps, consisting of two futon-like single beds (absolutely not suitable for small children but would probably suit teenagers in a family group). All in all, a fantastic place - just not suitable for more than four couples.

Family gathering

An excellent place to stay for a family get-together. Enjoyed by all ages. Plenty of space and very well equipped. Details on Vrbo website not complete - the in house instructions were much clearer e.g. there IS WiFi. Would go again.

My name is Sara and I am dedicated to using the house for making people feel revived and rested and feeling good. I have been a hairdresser for over 30 years and service is so important to me. I have been coming to this plot since I was a very young girl and the people that built this place were dear family friends. I have lived in London alll of my life but this place has always been my sanctuary.

Why they chose this property

This house is a place for healing and fun. Our friends who built the house were dedicated to alternative health and wellbeing. Every time I have ever left the place I feel so rested and rejuvenated , ready to take life on again.
The house is unique in that we have extremely large communal spaces. Often for large groups this can be a real issue.
The Cotswolds is so very special. You have access to all the country pursuits you could dream up but if you want to stay at the house you have a beautiful hot tub and sauna and cold plunge to relax in. It's all been built to top spec and to delight you.
