Your family will love this spacious holiday home set in a picturesque semi-rural location enjoying stunning views over woodland and Dolgellau old town towards Cader Idris mountain. Aspects of the property have been recently refurbished and the whole property is presented to a really great standard and in a quiet cul-de-sac 15 minute walk to town. Within Snowdonia National Park, mountain and woodland walks, beautiful countryside and sandy beaches await you.

Translated to ‘The Eye of the Sun’ being on the sunny side of the valley, with a large woodland garden, wood burner in the lounge, off road parking, 2 bath/shower rooms and comfortably sleeping 6 guests in style, Llygad Yr Haul really has it all. This lovely spacious room enjoys great views, has quality oak fitted ‘country style’ kitchen units with ‘stone effect’ worktops. There is a dining area with the windows overlooking the woodland garden.

Outside:
The property has a front and back woodland garden with off road parking for two cars at the front. The large back garden has a picnic bench, plus here is BBQ for guests to use. The rear garden has mature trees and shrubs. As well as enjoying stunning views, it is South West-facing and enjoys the sun for most of the day.

Please note that this property has an unenclosed pond at the bottom of the garden. There is also a beehive. Guests with small children should be aware. We are unable to take responsibility for any accidents.

Additional information:

It is the guest’s responsibility to insure against any losses that may occur should the need to cancel their holiday arise.

Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights.

Arrivals from 4.00 pm; vacate by 10.00 am.

A minimum charge of £399 applies to every booking.

Where a 1 week minimum applies our changeover day is Saturday.

Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week inclusive of electricity/gas, bedding and towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

NB: Sorry NO Pets allowed.

A £49 cleaning fee applies to each booking.

In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules.

Charging of electric cars.

Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
