Heulwen Cottage in Barmouth

Heulwen Cottage offers all the comforts of modern living, including gas central heating, double glazing and FREE WiFi, of course! Guests can enjoy alfresco dining on warm evenings, the enclosed rear patio garden at this cottage is the perfect setting for chilling out. Very reasonable rates. Don't delay the dates will be gone quickly.

GROUND FLOOR:

Kitchen:

From the parking area and rear door off the terrace, there is a lovely spacious ‘country kitchen' finished in cream, with tiled floor, boasting a great range of quality appliances, including gas oven/grill/ hob, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer, drainer sink with mixer taps, fridge, freezer, 4 slice toaster & microwave.

Dining room:

Off the kitchen, is the dining room with a lovely extendable, mahogany dining table with 6 chairs, pine dresser, carpeted floor, a gas fire provides the focal point.

Sitting Room:

This room also has a carpeted floor. There is a big 3-seater leather settee and a 3 seater futon, plus a wooden coffee table, 28" SONY TV with FREESAT, DVD, & books and games.

UPSTAIRS:

All bedrooms are carpeted.

Bedroom ONE (sleeps 2)

With super king-size bed, sea view, original Victorian fireplace, 2 bed side tables, triple wardrobe, and a 5 drawer tall boy.

Bedroom TWO (sleeps 2)

With double bed, mountain view, 2 bed side tables, twin wardrobe, and 6 drawer chest of drawers.

Bedroom THREE (sleeps 2)

With adult size pine bunk beds, window with views of the hills, double wardrobe, 5 drawer chest of drawers.

Family Bathroom:

Bath with shower over, glass screen, fully tiled, shower mixer taps, heated towel rail, pedestal wash hand basin & WC, original Victorian fireplace and cushion flooring.

Separate WC:

Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights & Friday-Monday 3 nights.

Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

One dog considered a supplement of £25 applies. No Puppies

There is a £49 booking fee and a minimum charge of £299 applies to any stay. We also ask for a £150 security deposit, which is refundable providing there are no breakages or damage to the property

Prices inclusive of energy, bedding & towels. Please bring your own beach towels.

We request a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date.
