An exquisitely furnished townhouse located on one of Kensington's most desirable garden squares.

LIVING & EATING
Upon entering, you will find the large open-plan kitchen and dining area on your left. Up to eight people can eat together comfortably, and the well-equipped and sizeable kitchen provides plentiful space to prepare delicious meals. Down the stairs to the lower-ground floor, one can find the playroom equipped with a large television and Sky to satisfy any media desires. One floor above the kitchen is a large, elegant drawing room, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea or something stronger. At the rear of the property is a private patio for use in the daytime and early evening when the weather permits.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
There is a bedroom with a UK king-size bed and a bathroom with a bath and built-in rainfall shower on the lower-ground floor of this home. On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, complete with a UK super-king-size (6ft wide) bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a claw-foot bath as well as a shower. One further floor up there are two well proportioned single bedrooms and a further bathroom with a bath and built-in shower.

In this home, you will forget that you are in the centre of London for it is remarkably peaceful. Yet you are only a few minutes walk from Holland Park and walking distance to Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Countless renowned eateries, bars, and attractions can be accessed on foot. This home is also in a fantastic location for transport links too. A ten-minute walk will get you to Earls Court Station (District and Piccadilly Lines, for easy access to Leicester Square, Covent Garden, King's Cross, and more) or High Street Kensington (Circle Line, for easy access to Notting Hill, Paddington, the City). A 15-minute walk will get you to Kensington Olympia, which is on the Central Line, and overground trains to quickly reach further afield. Buses can also be caught from the end of the street, on Earls Court Road.

Fabulous London townhouse
We absolutely loved our stay! This townhouse is stunning in its design—original moldings, high ceilings and filled with amazing art, antiques and loads of books. The home js close to two tube stations, beautiful Holland Park and walking distance to Hyde Park. We easily fit 5 adults but could have fit more. The house overlooks a private garden. Enchanting! Highly recommend staying here!
