This newly refurbished 3 bed cottage is situated in a quiet suburban residential area. Located between the sort after award winning beach,; Seagrove Bay and buzzing Seaview village, you can enjoy the best of both with each within walking distance. The cottage is Neutrally decorated with open plan kitchen and living area and South facing garden and patio area makes 48 Solent View a wonderful place to retreat to after a long day on the beach or sailing on the water. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to 5 adults in 1 king size bed and three singles or equally 4 adults and one child or two adults and 3 children.
