This large 4 bedroom house is a pleasant five minutes walk to the beach through a park. The house has many period features but is equipped with newly installed kitchen and bathroom.

You can walk along the coast to Worthing town centre in less than 30 minutes. Access further afield to Brighton is easy on the bus - the bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the house.
