The apartment is located in Bruneck, within 3 minutes' walk to the historical center of the town. It is situated on the first floor, but the entrance is at street level.
It has a huge living room, two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a big balcony.
The train station "Brunico Nord" is at 5 minutes' walk.

There is the possibility to use an uncovered private parking space not too far away. The access road is a little bit narrow (2.30 meter), but it's fine for middle-sized cars.

I furnished the apartment for my personal use, only later I decided to rent it, too. The furniture is of high quality, and it's very well equipped with almost everything you can think of: washing machine and hair dryer in the bathroom, drying rack and iron, in the kitchen there is an electrical oven, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an induction cooker, a toaster, a mixer, a hand-held vacuum cleaner, a spring form, fondue and racklette, just to mention a few.
The living room is equipped with a 40" 4K Smart TV you can use to connect with your Netflix or Youtube account.
In Brunico, the Municipality has set a tourist tax of 1.35 euro (1.75 euro from 1/1/2023) per day for each guest over the age of 14. Upon your arrival we will kindly ask you to pay us this tax in cash.
