The bathroom was in an unacceptable condition. The photo presented on the website did not show the extensive damp,on the ceiling, the shoddy light fittings, the shower head fixture which had come away from the wall, the shower door which was off its hinges and the rusty radiator. The property ad not been cleaned when we arrived: unmade bed, used towels in bathroom, washing up left in kitchen, areas not cleaned.

Great place! The back garden with its view of the Cathedral towers was a delightful surprise. I wished that windows could be opened for a breeze, or that there had been a fan, but the weather was mostly cool so opening the back door gave enough air. The apartment is clean, charming, comfortable and ideally situated. A dream spot and a perfect weekend! I hope to stay again someday.
