🔧 Note about works in the building:
We inform you that conservation works will take place on the 3rd floor of the building, between 08:00 and 18:00, from Monday to Friday, between 2 January and 15 April 2025. Greater noise intensity is expected during the first weeks. We appreciate your understanding.

⚠️ Important Note:
A deposit of €200 is required before check-in - we will retain the amount on the credit card (upon arrival or one day before) and it will be released up to 7 days after check-out, provided no damage is found.

The platform does not withhold the security deposit and allows us to collect it directly from the guest. This information will be presented at the time of booking confirmation. All bookings must pay the deposit before or on the day of check-in.
