Opposite is the dining table for 4 and the TV area, with a comfortable sofa for watching a movie with friends or reading a book with a glimpse of the landscape. From here there is access to the balcony: enjoy the wonder of the lake view from here, drinking coffee or sipping a glass of good local wine on the outdoor table!
There are two bedrooms, both doubles, making the apartment perfect for both families and groups of friends or couples.
Concluding the apartment is a modern bathroom with shower, equipped with a washer and dryer.
A towel set is included for each person, together with bed sheets and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit.
Linens to prepare the sofa bed are in the closet.
We also leave a basket with the necessary for a breakfast.

Guests have access to private outdoor covered parking in the condominium area.
