Cleanliness was adequate.Upon arrival, the hostess required 20 because we arrived after 8pm. This is not mentioned in the listing. We used the shower on 2 of the 3 days of our stay. The first instance there was limited hot water, the second, there was no hot water. The front door lock broke and we were locked out. I contacted the management company, who called a locksmith. We waited outside for 2 hours while it was fixed (the locksmith used a ladder to enter the first floor balcony to gain entry, then proceeded to dismantle and replace the old lock). Parking is VERY difficult to find.Per the listing, there is no air conditioning, WIFI or fan. I suspect there are better options in Portimao.
