The space
This main-door property sits on the corner of a traditional blonde sandstone apartment built over 100 years ago, in a quiet one-way street with free on-street parking along the crescent and in the parallel streets. Secure front gate, private entrance & gardens with privacy hedge & pleached trees in the large private patio along the external of the property. Storm doors to the entrance vestibule are a fantastic feature of the property and when shut at night, give cosy 'do not disturb' privacy.

The property has some outstanding features such as highly ornate original cornicing in each room, two beautiful fire places (Living room & dining room/office) with generous room sizes, adequate seating dining spaces, along with upstairs and downstairs toilet facilities. The upstairs Porcelanosa bathroom has a powerful 'waterfall shower' cubicle and a large bathtub with separate shower-head.
The newly landscaped private garden has a choice of seating areas to sit outside with a coffee in the morning or relax at night, with patio sets & deck chairs to suit. High hedges around the garden ensure privacy whilst allowing in all of the sun the day has to offer.

All kitchen appliances, plates, cutlery etc provided, including a hotpoint washing machine and drying rack, external washing line, Iron & Board.

The neighbourhood and surrounding areas offer many charming walks & practical ways to get around the city. From walking to rental bikes, buses, trains & even a Hackney taxi rank at the other end of Tantallon road. Free on street parking all around the property.
