This majestic renovated villa in Puerto del Carmen comes with a private swimming pool, which can be heated too on demand. A total of 5 people can comfortably stay in its 3-bedrooms. This place is perfect for a group of friends or family travelling together.

The villa is very well located a few meters from Playa Grande sea beach for fun and frolic, restaurants offering mouth-watering delicacies and drinks and shopping area.

On the ground floor, you will find 2-bedrooms, air-conditioning, dressing room and direct access to the garden perfect for BBQ parties and a swimming pool. On the first floor, there is a study if you wish to work with leisure. In the study, there are party games too. Prepare tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen and relish them in the dining room. In your free time, read a book while relaxing on a hammock.
