This classic holiday home for a maximum of 6 people is located in Ludmannsdorf in Carinthia and offers a wonderful, wide view over the Drautal to the Karawanken in the south and east and the Julian and Carnic Alps in the west. Ludmannsdorf is not far from Lake Wörthersee.

The house offers a spacious living room with a seating area, a well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining table, 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a relaxation room and 2 terraces. The house also has a washing machine and dryer and a large garden. You can park directly at the house.

The recreational community of Ludmannsdorf is located on a sunny, wooded ridge between Lake Wörthersee and the Drau, with a wonderful view of the lower Rosental and the cliffs of the Karawanken. The wooded area offers numerous hiking trails and cycling tours. The Feistritzer reservoir, and thus the Drau river, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town center. A tour through the Baerenthal to the Klagenfurter Hut is nearby (20 minutes drive to the car park at the Karawanken), an absolute insider tip for a relaxed mountain hike. The Triglav National Park in Slovenia is nearby and Italy is also only half an hour away from the holiday home.

In summer, the famous Wörthersee, the largest lake in Carinthia, offers lots of swimming fun! There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Ferlach, as well as a good selection of restaurants.
