My cozy apartment with an excellent location, just 3 minutes from Las Canteras beach and next to the best shopping and leisure areas. Plaza España Mac Donald 3 minutes away and Farray (50 meters away) full of trendy terraces. Parque Santa Catalina, which is the main bus station and 5 minutes away, and Avd.J Mesa y López, which is one of the best shopping areas and where Corte Inglés is, is only 4 minutes from the apartment.

The beach next to the beach and the main street of Las Palmas.
In the area there are available Rent a car, buses, taxis, supermarkets, hairdressers, Corte Ingles, markets, parks (Santa Catalina), Paseo de la Canteras, etc.
