Welcome to our 2 bed apartment with your very own private garden! Wind down with your family, enjoy a city getaway with friends, or use the space to work from home.

Located in a sophisticated, and quiet area. The apartment is off the main street on the basement level, but still has an abundance of plenty of natural light.

Our private garden includes an outdoor dining area for you to enjoy your morning coffee, or dinner with your friends and family.

The living area is spacious, comfy and warm - perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. Kick back and relax, cosy up next to our electric fireplace in the Winter evenings, or watch a Netflix film on our Smart TV.

Fully equipped kitchen. Cook a tasty lunch and dine at our large extendable dining table in the living room.

Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. Both rooms have window shutters for a dark and quiet nights sleep. Hotel quality linen and soft white towels are also provided for free.

Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, 2 chairs and a coffee table, and large wardrobe with hanging space and drawers.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed with bedside tables and a walk in wardrobe for clothes storage.

The main bathroom has a separate shower cabin and bath tub, with the luxury of underfloor heating. There is also 1 separate toilet and a complimentary starter bundle of toiletries for you to use.

Free Wi-Fi, hotel quality linen, towels and complimentary toiletries.

PLEASE NOTE: There are steps down to the front door, and up to the garden - approx. 24 total.

Our home is located a 2 minute walk from the iconic Water of Leith and Stockbridge.

Embrace the fresh Scottish air as you wander through the trendy and bustling Stockbridge and New Town. Sip the local coffee and indulge in 'The Pantrys' famous waffles , or sip a refreshing drink in the outdoor garden at 'The Raeburn' bar.

Only 10 minutes from Inverleith Park where you can have a picnic by the pond.

Situated only a 10-15 minute walk to all central shops, bars, and restaurants on Princes and George Street, as well as the historic attractions in The Old Town. Here you can wander through the hidden alleyways and cobbled streets, and learn all about the incredible history of the Scottish capital.

Great Location
Very roomy, clean, and safe! We had an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and bars. Pretty much everything in Tourist Edinburgh is walking distance if you are willing to walk uphill. We had a great experience in this apartment.

Perfect digs
Comfortable and clean. The outdoor space was a treat on a clear day. The fireplace heating feature was welcome in the Living room. Close enough to everything but not in the swarm of tourists. We highly Recommend Noks kitchen (Thai) one block north and the nearby market on Saturdays.
