Great stopover in Rome

property was clean and well-presented and had all the requirements for a short stay in Rome at a very reasonable price. The apartment was located in close proximity to numerous cafes' & restaurants.

Disappointing service from the owner - inadequate contact with guests

The location was great but it was marred by the manager/ owner’s poor attitude towards our stay eg we were not greeted and shown how to use/ operate anything in the apartment We are currently in Bologna and the owner of the apartment here spent time showing us around and explaining how everything worked and what was on offer in the area. Total lack of personal contact ie face to face) was disappointing

Disappointing

When we arrived I texted him and he was not nice at all, he gave me the instructions to get the key but in a rude way. We got into the apartment and tap at the kitchen was broken, so we couldn’t use the kitchen during 3 days and we were 5 days so very very inconvenient. Then the 3rd day wifi was of, no wifi at all!!!! The guy forgot to tell us the new password because that day they changed it!!!! He told us that at night!!!! We were 4 people and they just left towels for 3!!!! We loved Rome but I will not come back to that apartment never again!!!

Rome Apartment

This property was very clean and in a great location for dining out and shopping. Only down side was that it is listed as a two bedroom and two bathroom apartment. It only has one bedroom and a pullout sofa bed and it only has one bathroom. This made our stay a little more challenging when travelling with another couple.

Accuracy of apartment rental

Property #11215731ha was totally misrepresented on the VRBO website. The apartment was listed as 2 Bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms on the VRBO website. The actual apartment has 1 bedroom, a pullout couch and 1 bathroom. We had no directions for TV or a WIFI password. We had to call for linen for the pullout couch. I guess there is fine print regarding the term bedrooms. I did say 1 person accidentally, however, there should have been enough linen for 4 people. The only two positive things I can say is the location was true as described and the apartment was clean.
