Beautiful Marbella penthouse with sea view

Our penthouse is situated in Reserva de Marbella which is 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport & just 15 minutes from Marbella. The nearest beach is at Cabopino which is 5 minutes away.

There are two bedrooms. One with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. There are two full bathrooms. The well equipped kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer plus oven, dishwasher & washing machine. Also a microwave & coffee machine. In the lounge there is a large L-shaped sofa with a sofabed that is suitable for one older child or teenager. There is also a dining table and chairs.
The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning that has individual room thermostatic control.
There is a lower, south facing terrace with a small sofa and arm chair plus dining area, the BBQ is also on this level. There are lovely views over the pool area and onwards to the ocean. From here you can use the spiral staircase up to the upper terrace / solarium. We have a lovely seating area up here and a small table and chairs that have a wonderful sea view.

The keys are held at the security office at the main entrance to the urbanisation. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-in after 9pm as the security team are patrolling the area and do not accept responsibility for guest arrivals after this time. Please plan your arrival time carefully with this in mind. Thank you.
