This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The 2 double bedrooms (1 en-suite) feature plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen. There are 2 modern bathrooms both with showers (and 1 with bath), toilets and sinks, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.

Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.

The Neighborhood:
Situated just 15 minutes walk from central Bracknell, you will be within easy reach of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The Acoustic Couch (live music venue), Hollywood Bowl, Cineworld, as well as an array of high street shops are all within easy reach on foot. There is a large supermarket for your groceries just 10 minutes walk away, and Bracknell Train and Bus stations are both less that 20 mins away on foot. From here you can catch a direct train to London Waterloo in 1 hour.

Getting Around:
You will be within walking distance of most shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The Train and Coach Stations are both a short Bus/Taxi ride away, or around a 20 minute walk. Regular trains depart to London Waterloo and take just 1 hour. Trains to Reading take just 20 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.

Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.

We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional informaion.
