Very Enjoyable Love this area

Love the area. The Restaurant on site was very good. We were so close to a lot of good restaurants and shops. I would have giving 5 stars if the the showers and floors would have been cleaner. We had to clean showers before getting in. Everything else was amazing. Property around building and pools were very clean and well kept.

Property was beautiful however the noise from small bar and Sunscape was incredible Windows and door had to be closed to try to quiet the loud music.

Didn’t want to leave!

The condo is wonderful! The pictures don’t do it justice. The unit is spacious, modern and comfortable. We loved all the amenities of the property, including the pools, on-site restaurant and beach access. The proximity to the mall and restaurants next door were great as well as easy access (across to the street) to Covid testing prior to our departing flight. We can’t wait to return!

Great condo with many nice features

We enjoyed our week in Puerto Vallarta staying in this condo. It is just outside of the old town, and we needed to take taxis/ubers whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Thankfully the taxis are readily available and inexpensive. There are wonderful swimming pools in the complex that we enjoyed every day. They also have a cafe with decent food (good, not great) and drinks. The beach is fine, although the water is quite rough. Nice for walking but not for swimming. There is a resort right next door that is quite loud during most nights (loud music, dancing, and even fireworks). There is also a small river on the other side, which isn't pleasant to look at but didn't bother us too much. The buildings have basic amenities, but we mostly enjoyed the pools. There is ample security to keep the area safe. The caretaker and cleaning person is delightful and was always responsive when we texted her questions. Know that if you visit you'll need to supply your own laundry and dishwasher detergent and shampoo. But those items are available at nearby stores. We had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Good times and great memories!

We had an excellent time. Check in was smooth, condo was clean and well appointed. The views were beautiful, and the pools and beach were also a great place to cool off and relax. We plan on coming back to this place.
