Villa Mirbiş, whose construction was completed in 2022, is located in Kalkan Patara region. Our villa for rent with indoor heated pool, located in nature in a quiet location, is a very special option for our guests looking for a peaceful holiday and for their honeymoon stays. Our villa with a magnificent view of Patara has been designed with guest satisfaction in mind.


Note: The last 4 kilometers of the road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road.






Pets are NOT allowed in our villa.

BEDROOM 2: Bedroom with en-suite bathroom; There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe. There is access to the indoor pool.



KITCHEN: In the villa with a modern American kitchen; refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, filter coffee and Turkish coffee machines, orange juicer, toaster, 6-person dining table, dinnerware, pans, pots, cutlery, etc. All the details you need have been considered.

HALL: The ceiling height is 4.25 m in the hall, where modern sitting group and stylish decorative objects are used; console, showcase, TV, satellite receiver, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, dining table for 6 people, common W/C and entrance to the indoor pool.



POOL TERRACE: In the garden where there is a large pool terrace and a private swimming pool; There is a Jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasol, 6-person dining table, barbecue place and a seating group for 4 against the magnificent Patara view.

There is delivery system to the villa for your needs.

NOTE: Pool Heating is not available between 15 June and 15 September in our villa. On 16 September and 14 June, the heating system is operated with extra cost.


CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: The villa is delivered to you clean and cleaned once a week. For longer stays we will provide weekly cleaning.

DEPOSIT: A deposit is taken at the entrance to the villa. If there are no problems such as any damage, broken or lost, the villa/apartment is checked 10 minutes before departure from the villa and the deposit is returned to our guest.

NOTE: All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found.

Check-in time for all our Villas is 16:00 in the afternoon and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, our villa guests are kindly requested to comply with these hours due to the necessary checks and completion of the deficiencies.
