There are also two bedrooms with trundle beds (single bed with additional pull out bed to provide 2 single beds. One of the bedrooms the single beds can make one double bed - please advise at booking how you would like the beds). There's a spacious family bathroom also on the 1st floor as well as a large bright living room with dedicated work space and an abundance of sofas to relax or watch TV. Ample games, Sonos speaker and karaoke machine are provided to keep everyone entertained.
The 2nd floor has a spacious kitchen, dining & living area perfect for family and friends to spend time together. The living area has sky lights and two large front windows offering superb views of the countryside as well as allowing an abundance of light into the room. There are bi-fold doors in the kitchen area that lead out on to a patio and garden. A lovely spot for alfresco dining or a BBQ. In the living area there are sliding doors leading on to a roof top terrace with seating, fire pit and stunning views again.
For colder days the living area has a log burner set in a flint fireplace, perfect for the family to gather round. There is under floor central heating throughout with an air source heat pump system and solar panels.
A driveway at the front of the house has ample parking for 3/4 cars.
