On the ground floor there is a small living room, a bedroom with a 150 x 190 double bed and a bathroom with a shower.

On floor 1 there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, hob and all the necessary cooking utensils, nespresso, kettle, toaster, juicer, iron, ironing board)

It has a dining table with 4 chairs and a living room with a double sofa bed, fireplace, Smart TV, 1 GB fiber optic Wi-Fi, and a courtesy bathroom, with a washing machine.

The barn has 2 hot/cold air conditioners (one on each floor)

Very pretty charming town, butcher shop, grocery store and bar, located in the Baix Empordà region on the left bank of the River Ter.

· Ruins of the castle of Jafre.

· Sanctuary of the Font Santa.

· Parish Church of San Martín, of medieval origin, rebuilt in the 18th century.

· Pou d'aigua calenta, sulphurous thermal water well.
