Welcome to this cozy cottage with a functional kitchen, a fresh bathroom with washing machine and a living room with a double bed and an extra bed for a child under 12. In the annex there are 4 beds in bunk beds. You have access to a fantastic garden with a terrace in the southwest where you can enjoy warm summer evenings.

Things to see and do in Kalmar and the surrounding area
From the cottage it is only 300 meters to the homeowner's own handicrafts and farm shop, here you can buy fresh eggs, milk, and meat and the finest handicrafts. The holiday home is only 5 minutes from Kalmar's finest sandy beach, Vita Sand, which offer a lovely long shallow bath perfect for families. You are close to many exciting excursion destinations such as Kalmar with its beautiful castle and a pleasant city center that invites you to go for walks and shopping. Feel free to take the bridge over to Sweden's second largest island, Öland. Here you will find endless fine sights such as Långe Jan on the southern tip of the island and Långe Erik as far north as you can go. In between there is a large selection of farm shops, events, nice beaches and beautiful unique nature. On the mainland, a trip to Glasriket is a must. Here you can see glassmaking and the opportunity to buy fantastic crafts directly from the manufacturer.
