About this property

Lovely front line apartment with superb sea views in community with swimming pool and gardens.

This is a 3rd floor apartment (there is also the possibility to park at the back of the complex where there is only one flight of stairs to access the apartment) comprising 2 bedrooms: the smaller on with single beds, built in wardrobe and ceiling fan and the master bedroom with double bed ( 1.50m wide) with built in wardrobe, air con unit and patio doors leading out to terrace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine microwave, toaster and coffee pot (Italian style)

The lounge-diner is spacious, bright and airy and has air co unit and patio doors leading out to terrace.

The terrace has table and chairs and has direct views to the sea.
