Like all of our other beautiful Dwellcome Home properties, this great property has every single base that a business or leisure traveller needs covered and retains the really homely feel of all of our places which is reflected in all of our reviews.

Being well travelled for business and pleasure myself both with and without my children I know what it takes to make a place homely for both adults and kids alike and that is my aim for all of our properties, to create a home away from home for all, whether you are here for business or pleasure.

Fully renovated in the last year, this first floor apt has 2 bedrooms (1 superking, and 1 double), family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/diner, reliable fast fibre broadband so offers excellent living space for guests to enjoy:

Bedrooms comprise:

Master: Superking spacious bright room with brand new excellent quality mattresses at back of building so prefect for a great nights sleep. Bedside table and lamp. Ample clothes storage in built in wardrobes and plenty of hangers.

Second Bedroom: lovely room with double bed with brand new Silent Night memory foam mattress. Bedside table and lamp.

Ground floor: Secure front door leads to entrance hallway, stairs to the First floor where our flat front door is to the right of the 2 front doors.

First floor: other than the bedrooms described above, which are all accessed off the hallway where there coat hangers and ample space for footwear (to be taken off on entry to save our lovely flooring) is 3 large storage cupboards, one of which can be used for additional clothes storage for the 2nd (double bedroom), there is also:

Lounge / Diner - Stunningly comfortable, spacious & bright with cosy carpet Lovely window with open aspect and stunning wide open views over the lovely Banchory streets and houses over to the hills, Scolty Hill, etc. . Ample seating from out large comfortable 3 seater sofa. Smart TV, dining table sits 4.

Kitchen - Fridge freezer, electric cooker with 4 electric hobs and oven, microwave, kettle, cafetiere and toaster. Tea and coffee are provided. Washing machine with detergent, iron/ironing board, cleaning products/utensils. Excellently stocked kitchen with good range of pans, casserole dishes, etc.

Electical wall panel heaters with thermostats to ensure a constant cosy temperature NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have HIVE central heating controlled by guests to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night. We do have it in our T&Cs though for guest not to set excessively high temperature and keep to a max of 21 degrees C.

Bathroom with powerfu electric shower, radiator, wc, wash hand basin/storage drawer and flooring.

Ample free on-street parking 1 minutes walk away on the street and a free car park a 2-3 minutes walk away.

We have had to remove guests in the past, police involved, etc and have measures in place to prevent this from occurring again so please do not try to book unless you are the right type of guest.
